Happy Birthday Cinderelly!

I mean MOM!

This is my mom:
She's the amazingly beautiful one on the right, not to be confused with the equally stunning one on the left.

Reasons I love my mommy:

1.  She is really fun!

2.  She's such a drama queen.

3. She really get's into the spirit of things.

*So I would normally post a bunch more pictures here, but due to the great flood in our apartment in Provo, my computer went kaput and all my pictures went with it.*

4.  She supports me in all I do.

5.  She is a great example of charity.

6.  She teaches me great life lessons.

....And Much MUCH more!

I love you so much! I hope you have a good one!

ps- have fun getting all the discounts now ;)

Home decor at its best...

...well, maybe.
We have a VERY tight budget, but thanks to my mom for donating the couch and headboard.  And thanks to Bed Bath and Beyond and Big Lots for our cheap bookshelves.

Oh and thanks to modern technology i.e. my digital camera, for helping me take these pictures.

Our little community with our awesome pool.

Blurry picture, but I love it.  Micah likes to vacuum.  It's worked out very well for the both of us.

Family Proclamation and Living Christ.  Shout out to Rebekah for these awesome gifts.

Our bookshelves--my favorite part of the house.

Close up.  I tried organizing the books by color on most shelves.  The middle bookshelf is all church books so that one was excluded from this design genius.  Does it work?  I dunno.  I had fun doing it though.

An attempt to make this massive white wall more interesting.

I like this one.  Still looking for some pictures to put in it. I don't want everything to be wedding pictures.

Annoying cupboard that doesn't stay shut.

Our big, fluffy, comfortable, purple couch.  (Again, in need of more pictures for the frame)

Our bed looks a lot better with a headboard.  And HUGE thanks to Mamma Price for the beautiful quilt!

I marvel at Micah's picture hanging skills.

Sorry I didn't do the dishes.  Just look past that.

Different angle.

Cute house warming gift my mom bought us during our exremely exciting pit stop in Tropic on the way down from Utah.

Lots of storage on the balcony!

Cool! An extra closet!

Our balcony.  If it wasn't so hot, I would spend more time here.

Our WALK-IN closet even holds our dresser. Sweet!

Lots of room!

Micah's shrine to his BFFs.  Not sure if I like it...

Our nice sink and counter. I LOVE the extra space!

Well that's it.  Sorry it wasn't the cleanest.  And sorry that the pictures were just jumbled.  At least now you can see what we live in! We're having a good time here.  If you come and stay with us, we'll make sure you have a good time too.

Pima Air and Space Museum

Today is Wednesday, the 31st of Aug. 2011.  Becky and I were pretty darn bored, so we decided to get off our tooshies and we went to the coolest place in South Tucson.  The PIMA AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM!  But right before that, I shaved my head.  We saw helicopters:

And a Hoppicopter! (Who has even heard of that?)

I think Becky and I will get a couple of these to travel the world.  My all-time favorite airplane was the SR-71 Blackbird.  I talked to the airplane museum dude for about 30 minutes on how facsinating it was and Becky was pretty bored but that is because she couldn't understand the complexity and majesty of that sexy titanium plane.

It was just so much fun to see the bombs, bomber planes, seaplanes, fighter jets, helicopters, and space rocks.  Then we came home.

We have arrived!!

Well it's actually been a few weeks, but we still arrived! In Arizona. Tucson to be exact. We are both really excited about our new adventure.

Tucson is a very interesting place. The drive from Mesa to Tucson consisted of a lot of these:

And even more of these:

Since we moved so late in the summer, we missed all of these:

But have many beautiful eveings in store of these:

Most of the houses here are either sketchy apartments or look like these:

There is definitely very little of this:

Micah loves the animal life. We've seen many of these:

A few of these:

But thankfully none of these--yet:

My favorite thing is spending time in these:

We've got a working camera now, so we'll upload some pictures of our apartment soon!
