I have been asked this question 2 times in the past 24 hours. Who asked me? Micah. Apparently he doesn't know his own wife anymore.
Why, you ask?
Because #1: I have never taken a Physics class--ever. Micah, the lover of all things physics, was shocked. This conversation started when we read about the neutrino that travels faster than the speed of light. I didn't get what the big deal was. Well apparently when you're going the speed of light, time stops. Wha..??? I know. My thoughts exactly. My mind was blown. Maybe everybody knows this but me. Maybe I'm just the only one with that big huge gaping whole in my education where physics was supposed to be. Maybe. My mind is still a little bit blown. If the neutrino can go faster than the speed of light, it travels BACKWARDS in time. Back to the Future wasn't too far-fetched after all. Maybe.
Because #2: I have never seen Bambi. I've seen Bambi 2, but not the original. I know the basic plot, but that's not enough for my husband. It's almost a crime that I have not seen this movie. I guess I know what our next date night will be...
In other news, we lost our camera :( So no pictures for awhile. Sorry.
In other other news, we made LOTS of chocolate chip cookies. If you want some, come and get some. We'd love some visitors!

I have never seen Bambi either! People are shocked when I say that. Nice to know I am not the only one! Sorry about the camera...
ReplyDeleteWe talked about the nuetrinos in my physics class. A lot of physicists are skeptical of the findings because if that were true, a lot of laws of physics would be destroye, they think that they messed up the measurements.

ReplyDeleteYeah the whole neutrino thing it kind of outrageous. I don't really think it can move that fast. It's kind of a science fiction type deal, but it's cool to think about.
I just saw the second comment under my name on this post, it must have been Samuel again. I don't like Physics. I guess it made me sounds smart though :). He really needs to stop doing things under my name so much... haha
